I studied Exercise Science and I am also a certified personal trainer. I have over 6 years fitness experience and over 2,000 training sessions as a Personal Trainer and Assistant Fitness Manager. During my years in fitness I have worked for 24 Hour Fitness, Crunch Fitness and the YMCA. I specialize in athletic performance, body fat loss and rehabilitation!
I am also a former volleyball player and athlete. I completed my 4 years in college at the University of Kentucky where I achieved All- American Honors from 2011-2013. I continued my career on to play 2 years of professional volleyball overseas. I have over 15 years of playing experience and am equipped to train all skills and levels.
I have the education and experience to provide Personal Training, Volleyball Training, Group Training, Nutrition Training and Online Training. I look forward to providing you with the essentials to accomplish all of your health and fitness goals!
